Join The Noir Bookshop and SLICE for an immersive afternoon of archiving, collaging and journaling in remembrance of Mike Brown Jr. 2024 marks 10 years since the tragic and historic events in Ferguson, after the death of Mike Brown Jr, and the protests and civic response in its aftermath. In partnership with Missouri Historical Society Library and Research Center, attendees will research photos, artifacts and ephemera to create a keepsake that tells the story of Ferguson’s impact on St. Louis, and the world. Attendees are encouraged to create zines, posters, journal spreads, collages and more. Space is limited.
